n-3多价不饱和脂肪酸营养强化轮虫技术研究
STUDIES ON THE NUTRITION OF ROTIFER WITH N-3 POLYUNSATURATED FATTY ACIDS
【摘要】 通过甲酯型、乙酯型、脂肪酸型和甘油酯型化学型式n-3多价不饱和脂肪酸的营养强化饵料对轮虫的营养强化试验,观察了营养强化过程中轮虫生理生态变化,测定了轮虫体内EPA、DHA的含量。结果表明:不论是哪种化学型式的营养强化饵料,营养强化效果均好于微绿球藻强化对照组,轮虫中EPA、DHA含量明显提高,并在强化12h达到最高峰。特别是DHA的转化吸收率,几种化学型式的营养强化饵料存在显著差异。假定甘油酯型营养强化饵料DHA的生物利用度为100,根据测定结果推算,甲酯型为54,乙酯型为78,脂肪酸型为129。由此可见,首次采用的脂肪酸型营养强化饵料效果最好,甘油酯型次之,单酯型较差。
【Abstract】 Rotife were enriched with different chemical type of n - 3 PUFA,including methyl esters, ethyl esters, fatty acids and triglycerides. The variation of physiology and ecology of rotifer during the experiments was observed and the EPA,DHA in rotifer body was evaluated. The results showed that all the enriching diets achieved better results than Nannochloropsis sp.,EPA, DHA content increased obviously and reached to the maximum 12 h after enrichment. There was a significant difference in the rate of taformation and absorption of DHA. Suppose the utilization ratio of triglycerides is 100, according to the results, that of the methyl ester was 54, ethyl esters 78, and fatty acids 129. Therefore, the enriching diet of fatty acids that was used first time achieved the best result,the triglycerides took the second place, and the methyl esters and ethyl esters were relatively poor.
