【摘要】 用相关与回归分析的方法研究了683例妊娠末期孕妇血液中血红蛋白（Hb）浓度与新生儿出生时体重之间的相关关系，并对贫血与非贫血孕妇的新生儿的平均体重进行比较。结果在孕妇Hb60－160g／L范围内，新生儿体重与孕妇Hb浓度负相关，表明孕妇轻、中度贫血时对胎儿体重的增长并无不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Prepartal blood hemoglobin(Hb)concentration of 683 puerperas and the birth weight of their newborns were put to correlation and regression analysis,the average body weight of newborns of anemic and nonanemic gravidas were compared by u test.The results demon strate that the body weight of newborns is negatively correlated with Hb concentration (within 60-160g/L)of gravidas.It suggests mild and medium pregnant anemia does not hamper growth of fetus.更多还原
