【Abstract】 In this paper,the temperature of rejected air out of spray drier was controlled to limit the water content in milk powder.The amount of heated air entering the drier was changed using step motor to adjust the buffer of channel.In this way,the temperature of rejected air was controlled,the water content in milk powder was limited,so the quality and efficiency of milk product were increased.更多还原
