水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器炉内空气动力场的试验研究
An Experimental Study on the ln Boiler Aerodynamic field of Horizontal Bias Air Combustion Pulverized Coal Burner
【摘要】 在125MW锅炉模拟试验台上,比较了水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器在不同侧二次风风速下的炉内空气动力场,结果表明,侧二次风与一次风动压头之比在1~2.4之间时,炉内空气动力场变化不大,旋转气流切圆直径适中,充满度良好。侧二次风风速接近于三次风风速时,炉内旋转气流的切圆直径明显增大,气流旋转强烈,出现气流贴墙现象。热态运行时则易出现结渣和高温腐蚀,本文的研究为这种燃烧器的应用提供了依据。
【Abstract】 On a 125 MW boiler simulation test rig a comparison is conducted of the in boiler aerodynamic fields for a horizontal bias air combustion pulverized coal burner with different side secondary air velocities. The results have shown that when the ratio of the side secondary air dynamic head and the primary air dynamic head is between 1 2.4 there is little change in the in boiler aerodynamic field with the rotat ing gas flow tangential diameter being moderate and combustion gas filling fullness in good shape. With the sidesecondary air speed approaching that of the tertiary air there emerges a significant in crease in the rotating gas flow tangential diameter and an intense gas flow rotation with the gas flow clinging to the furnace wall. During hot state operation the boiler is liable to slagging and high temper ature corrosion. The present experimental study provides a basis for the use of the a bove mentioned burners.
