孝义煤电化学脱硫研究Ⅲ.电化学还原脱硫行为
ELECTROLYTIC DESULFURIZATION OF XIAOYI COALS Ⅱ DESULFURIZATION BY ELECTRO-REDUCTION
【摘要】 通过对供质子体、支持电解质、电极电位等因素的选择,孝义高硫煤在非隔离电解槽中,以铅为阴极,铂为阳极,以C2H5OHH2OBu4NBr为电解体系,电解后可以得到较好的脱硫效果。实验发现,电解后的煤在含硫量降低的同时,H/C原子比有所增加,煤体基本不发生破坏。
【Abstract】 In an undivided batch cell, a Xiaoyi coal with high sulfur content was electrolytically desulfurized The effects of proton donor, supporting electrolyte, coal content, potential and temperature on desulfurization conversion were investigated The optimum conditions found are: C 2H 5OH∶H 2O=1 8∶1(vol),Bu 4NBr=0 25mol/L, coal=0 045g/ml, E=2 5V(vs SCE), and T=310K Mild hydrogenation was observed during the desulfurization
