CH4-H2O-CO2转化制取合成甲醇原料气的研究Ⅲ.镍催化剂活性降低原因的探讨

【摘要】 在变温床中考查了负载型镍催化剂用于CH4H2OCO2转化制取合成气的活性与稳定性,该过程所制得的合成气勿需分离即可直接用于合成甲醇。本文对催化剂活性下降的原因用比表面、孔结构、XRD和XPS对不同反应时间的催化剂进行了对比分析,发现镍催化剂活性降低的原因是催化剂表面镍的大量流失。

【Abstract】 Synthesis gas of proper composition for methanol synthesis can be prepared by methane reforming with steam and CO 2 Activity and stability of a nickelbased catalyst for such reforming was studied in a simulated industrial fixedbed reactor The catalyst deactivated after 940h on stream To investigate the factor which leads to the deactivation, the catalysts with different timeonstream were characterized by XRD, XPS and other techniques Results show that the surface Ni atom concentration of the deactivated catalyst (2 1w%) is much less than that of fresh catalyst (22 3w% after 50h on stream) The loss of active nickel on the catalyst surface may be attributed to soaking in boiling water
