PAN基中空纤维炭膜炭化条件的研究
STUDY ON CARBONIZATION CONDITIONS FOR A PAN BASED HOLLOW FIBER CARBON MEMBRANE
【摘要】 研究了以PAN(聚丙烯腈)基中空纤维膜为基质制备中空纤维炭膜的过程。考察了PAN原膜的预氧化和炭化条件对中空纤维炭膜H2、N2气体渗透性和选择性的影响。结果表明,预氧化温度和时间对H2、N2气体的渗透速率有一定影响;随着炭化温度和时间的增加,H2、N2气体的渗透速率下降,分离系数有所提高。在此基础上,用扫描电镜观测了原膜和炭膜表面和断面形态结构。并对典型炭膜性能进行了分析。
【Abstract】 This paper presents astudy of aprocess for preparing ahollow fiber carbonmembranefrom PAN based hollow fiber membrane The influnces of preoxidation and car bonizationconditions on the permeability and selectivity of H 2 and N 2 through the carbonmembraneare discussed The results show that increase in temperature and duration time ofthepreoxidation increases the permeation rates of H 2 and N 2 but has only alittle effect on theseperationfactor of H 2 and N 2 The permeation rates of H 2 and N 2 decrease with increasingcarbonizationtemperature,but the seperation factor of H 2 and N 2 increases with increasingcarbonizationtemperature The surface and crosssection structures of the carbon membraneandthe precursor membrane were studied with SEM The performances of amodel carbonmembraneare analyzed
