【摘要】 本文简要报导环氧——橡胶——电热层叠合涂层及其涂敷工艺在水轮机转轮上的抗磨蚀应用效果。用无机电热粉末填充胶层实现大面积涂层的自热升温固化是本研究主要研究内容。该涂层应用于水轮机过流面磨蚀部位的修复保护,寿命达8000h以上,显示了良好应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents the self-heating cured coating, which compounds epoxy resin, rubber and electric layer. The coating can be applied to repair worn hydroturbine for its good wear resistance. The technologies of making and appling the coating are also presents in the paper.更多还原
