一种新型环氧树脂的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 以3-氯丙烯和苯酚为主要原料,合成了由1,2-二(2-羟基苯基)丙烷和1-(2-羟基苯基)-2-(4-羟基苯基)丙烷组成的混合物,以下简称为双酚P。然后,用双酚P和环氧氯丙烷为原料合成双酚P型环氧树脂。测定了25~60℃时双酚P型环氧树脂的粘度和固化材料的压缩强度、冲击强度。结果表明,双酚P型环氧树脂的粘度低于环氧值相近的E-44环氧树脂,其固化材料的压缩强度和冲击强度都高于E-44固化材料。

【Abstract】 The mixture of 1, 2-bis (2-hydroxy phenyl) propane and l- (2-hydroxy phenyl) -2-(4-hydroxy phenyl) propane was synthesized using 3-chloropropene and phenol as main raw rnaterials. The obtained bisphenol mixture was called bisphenol P. It reacted with epchlorohydrin and formed a new type bisphenol P epoxy resin. Its viscosity and some mechanical performances, such as the compression strength and impact strength were deterdrined and com pared with E-44 epoxy resin. The results sh0wed that its viscosity was lower than that of E44 epoxy resin, which has the same epoxy value as the bisphenol P epoxy resin has, and the compression strength and the impact strength were more than that of E-44 epoxy resin
