【摘要】 采用定量分析方法，对成年鸡盲肠内７个菌属正常菌群进行了测定。结果表明：乳酸杆菌数量最高，其对数值为８．６±０．５，其次是双歧杆菌，对数值为８．１±１．０，肠球菌的数量最低，为５．９±０．７；乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量极显著地高于其它菌类（Ｐ＜０．０１），为成年鸡盲肠内优势菌群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the quantitative method of analysis were measured normal bacteria flora belonged 7 genera in the cecum of adult chickens.The results showed that:In the blindgut,microorganism in the largest number was Lactobacillus with a logarithmic value of 8.6±0.5,which was followed by Bacteroides with the logarithmic value 8.1±1.0 and one in the smallest number was Enterococci with the logarithmic value of 5.9±0.7.Lactobacillus and Bacteroides were the dominant bacteria flora and the number of them were significant higher than others(P<0.01). \ \更多还原
