【摘要】 本试验以１．５岁及２．５岁阉牦牛各８头，首先在舍饲条件下，用称重法、校正称重法及４Ｎ－ＡＩＡ法测定的结果与实际采食量作对比，结果表明：校正称重法的测定结果与实际采食量差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５），４Ｎ－ＡＩＡ法有污染问题，但与实际采食量相关性很好，ｒ＝０．９０。然后在全放牧条件下（高山草甸草地），测定不同物候期放牧牦牛日消耗量（无效失重）、日采食量。结果表明：２岁、３岁牦牛日消耗量分别为２．３６７，３．２６２ｋｇ／ｄ·头，青草期、枯黄期、枯草末期、返青期的日采食量，２岁牦牛依次为３．９２，３．７２，５．５４，６．８２ｋｇ／ｄ·头；采用食道瘘管法采集牧草样品，使用粪尿袋收集粪尿，效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 castrated yaks at the age of 1.5 year old and 2.5 year old were tested in yard feeding condition.The value from the method of weight,adjustment weighing and 4N AIA was compared with the true feed intake first.It showed that there is no difference (P>0.05) between the value of the adjustment weighing method and the true value.Although the result of 4N AIA method was contaminated,it had a good correlation with the true feed intake (r=0.90).After method compared test was finished,the consumption amount (invalid weightlessness),daily forage intake was determinated at the grazing condition in mountain meadow grassland of different phenological period.The result showed that the consumption amount of 2 year old and 3 year old(kg/d·head) was 2.367,3.262 resp,the daily forage intake in the period of greengrass,withered yellow grass,yellow grass,turn green grass(kg/d·head) was 3.92,3.72,5.54,6.82 resp.Esophageal fistulated yak was applied to collect grass sampler and bag of feces and urine was applied too,they all achieved good effect.更多还原
