【Abstract】 A new method of curved surface fitting(NMOCSF) in a limited area,east China as anexample in this paper is yielded to calculate some physical variables. The valuse which on thegrid point or any point in the area can be obtained. The system has higher accuracy andquicker velocity. It’s automatic is higher.
