【Abstract】 As the collagen waving of chicken legs skins is horizontal and dense,the layer of kerationous cells is thick,fatty tissue is extra. The author study many times and determined several degreasings,strong liming, suitable batting, chrome tanning, vegetable tannage and finishing.
