【摘要】 本文论述了在实验室常规条件下，用比色法规定葡萄糖酸含量的新方法。葡萄糖酸浓度在0～5mmol／L范围内符合比耳定律，标准曲线相关系数γ达到0．99。回收试验中两种不同标准添加量回收率能达90％以上．用此方法规定的样品中，葡萄糖酸含量的结果与用离子色谱法测定的结果相近。此方法简便，易操作，需时短。更多还原
