【Abstract】 Radiation pneumonitis was a common complication of chest malignant tumor after having been treated by radio therapy.The life of patients with serious disease could be endangered.X-ray signs in 32 cases with radiation pneumonitis were analysed in this paper.The process of the disease’s pathologydevelopment and the relationship between X-ray signs and pathology werealso expounded.Meanwhile, we advance the relationship between the diagnosis of radiation pneumonitis and X-CT examination as well as clinical symptoms, then provided benefit evidences for the diagnosis of radiation pneumonia from the angle of imageology.更多还原
