【摘要】 本文应用抗原癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白产物的抗体，检测４１例人肝细胞癌，其中１８例有癌旁组织。结果发现，ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２在肝细胞癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为２４．３９％（１０／４１例）和１６．６７％（３／１８例），癌旁组织中７例肝硬化的ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２均表达阴性。提示ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因的活化与人肝癌发生有关，且ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２过度表达是肝癌发生过程中的一个早期事件。同时结果也提示癌旁组织处于肝癌的癌前状态，与肝癌的发生有关；肝硬化与肝癌的发生没有直接关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 41 cases of human hepatocellular carcinoma,of which 18 cases had surrounding tissues, were studied with an immunohistochemical method using a polyclonal antibody against cerbB2 protein.The results showed that the positive rates of expression for cerbB2 in hepatocellular carcinoma and pericarcinomatous tissues were 24.39%(10/41cases)and 16.67%(3/18cases)respectively,the pericarcinomatous tissues of 7 cases of the liver cirrhosis were negative in all.The results indicated that activated cerbB2 oncogenes might play a role in human hepatocarcinogenesis,cerbB2 overexpression was an early event in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.The results also suggested that pericarcinomatous tissues were in precarcinomatous state,and were related to hepatocarcinogenesis;the liver cirrhosis was not correlated directly with hepatocarcinogenesis.更多还原
