【摘要】 本文报导了用聚丙烯酞胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法，分析青海省同一地区不同品种（系）和不同地区同一品种（系）春小麦的过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）同工酶，发现同一地区不同品种（系）的春小麦的过氧化物酶同工酶谱差异显著，并具有自己的特征谱带；不同地区同品种春小麦的酶谱基本相似。说明遗传物质的组成是决定过氧化物酶同工酶的基础，它的表达基本不受地理环境和栽培技术的影响，故该技术可作为品种鉴定的生化依据之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Peroxidase isozyme were analysed with different varieties of spring wheat from same district and the same variety from different distrets, The results were as follows: The activities of peroxidase isozyme were different on the different varieties from same district. The activilies of peroxidase isozyme were similarity on the same variety from different districts.
