焦载热部分气化燃煤联合循环整体性能计算及分析

【摘要】 介绍了焦载热部分气化燃煤联合循环技术的系统结构。针对选定的系统进行了整体性能的计算,给出了差速循环流化床、焦载热气化炉、余热锅炉、燃气轮机、蒸汽轮机及整个系统的计算方法。对计算结果的分析表明提高系统煤气化程度、煤气质量和压缩空气在差速床中的加热程度,可改善联合循环的效率,同时这种联合循环的实现相对更现实一些,有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The system structure of coke carried heat partial gasification combined cycle presented by the Department of Thermal Engineering of Tsinghua University is introduced. Integral performance is calculated in the light of the selected system. Calculating methods on the different velocity circulating fluidized bed, coke carried heat gasifier, heat recovery steam generator, gas turbine, steam turbine and the whole system are given. Analysis on the calculating results shows that the improvement of the combined cycle’s efficiency can be met by increasing the gasification level, gas quality and the heating level of the compressed air in the different velocity bed, meanwhile the combined cycle is more actual in realization and has a broad practical prospect.
