智能化爆燃控制电脑点火系统
Intelligent ignition system for knock control
【摘要】 介绍一种智能化电脑点火系统,它以安装在汽油发动机缸体上的爆燃传感器信号为反馈,根据各缸的爆燃状况分别调整各缸的点火时刻。采用模糊模型参考自适应控制方法,并具有自学习功能,可以自行调整控制参数。在硬件上采用直接(无分电器)点火方式。此控制系统已装在I-4型2.46L发动机上进行了台架试验,证明不仅能够有效地抑制爆燃,而且使发动机的扭矩平均提高11%,燃油消耗率平均降低10%。
【Abstract】 ? Intelligent ignition system has been developed to control gasoline engine knock. With a knock sensor installed on the engine block, the system retards spark timing of each cylinder individually according to their knock conditions by fuzzy model reference adaptive control strategy. A self learning function enables the control unit to change its own parameters. Bench test results of an I 4 type 2.46 liter engine with this ignition system have shown distinct improvement of torque and specific fuel consumption.
