一种三维光机扫描系统的研究

【摘要】 介绍了一种用于获取焊缝空间位置及几何尺寸信息的光机扫描系统。在扫描器内部用于信号光发射、反射光接收以及信号预处理的旋转工作面上,采取二次光电转换和通讯中的时分复用技术进行信号传输,从而实现了连续无逆转环形扫描。利用周期扫描信号,可得到包含焊缝位置和轮廓特征的二维图象,并可近似计算出扫描器与工件之间的距离。由于具有足够的信息冗余量,并采用简化的数字模板匹配方法进行模式识别,该扫描系统在电弧焊接过程控制中可以用于实时识别各种常规的坡口和接缝,实现对焊缝的横向、高度以及曲率变化的自动跟踪。

【Abstract】 ? A continuous circular scanning with combination of semiconductor laser or infrared LED and optical sensing devices is especially suitable for monitoring and measuring the spatial location of the seam, the distance between the scanner and the workplace and the profile of the joint to be welded. As one of the keypoints for the signal transmission the communication technique of time shared recycle has been introduced. The conventional grooves and joints can be recognized in real time because of the redundance of the information and utilizing the simplified digital model match. The construction of the scanner with a microcomputer integrated system can be therefore simplified and the cost for industrial development could be reduced. 
