并行工程项目协调系统

【摘要】 为确保并行产品开发过程的顺利进行,协调产品开发工作流程,协调产品开发部门之间的关系、产品部件之间的关系以及协调开发人员解决矛盾的过程,提出了并行工程项目协调系统的概念。分析了协调工作应完成的任务,定义了项目协调系统的功能组成、体系结构和子系统间的集成机制。介绍了一种并行工程项目协调系统。

【Abstract】 To ensure the product development process carries out smoothly, this paper presents the concept of a project coordination system for concurrent engineering (PCSCE) which can coordinate the workflow of a product development process, the relationships among the departments of product development and the process of conflict resolution. The tasks, which must be completed by PCSCE in the product development process, were analyzed. The architecture, the functionalities and the integrated mechanism of PCSCE subsystems were defined. A PCSCE has been developed.
