【Abstract】 The mannitol was used to treat 20 patients with acute ceredral infarction, The series of change of SOD was observed after administer medicine. The results indicate that mannitol had strong function of eliminating free radicals,the function was markedly,different from its effect of dehydration. As a free radical scavenger the mamitol should be used 250ml or 500ml per 12 hours intravenous drip in the acute stage.更多还原
