【摘要】 为探讨小剂量米非司酮用于紧急避孕的效果,对200例月经规律,72小时内有无防护性生活或避孕失败的妇女给予米非司酮25mg顿服,观察其避孕有效率为94.7％,月经周期、经期、经量无明显变化者占86.5％。仅有2％有轻微的恶心等副作用。结果表明,单用小剂量米非司酮完全可以用于性生活后72小时内的紧急避孕。更多还原

【Abstract】 t To study the low efficacy of dose Mifepristone for emergency contraception (EC),200 cases health women administered, with 25mg Mifepristone after unprotected intercourse within 72,hours. The contraception effective rate was 94. 73%. The influence in menstruation was light 86. 5% .menstruation were not changed. Side effects including nausea, vomiting reported as 2%. The result indicate that low dose Mifepristone given with in 72 hours after unprotected intercourse was effective for emergency contraception.更多还原
