厌氧接触消化技术处理高浓度淀粉废水研究

【摘要】 实验采用厌氧接触消化技术,分别在中温(32℃)和自然温度条件下处理淀粉厂的高浓度废水。结果表明,采用中温厌氧消化可取得较好的处理效果,原水不调pH(原水pH为4.0~4.9)直接进反应器,容积负荷最高达5.06kgCODcr/m3·d,进水CODcr平均11.604×103mg/l,出水CODcr平均1.778×103mg/l,CODcr去除率达85.8%,出水pH提高到6.4~7.0。采用自然温度消化,当气温大于24℃时,可取得较好的处理效果

【Abstract】 In this experiment, anaerobic contact digestion technolgy is used to treat the high concentration wastewater of a starch factory at two kinds of temperatures: a moderate temperature of 32℃ and natural temperature. A good effect can be achieved by treating the sewage at the moderate temperature. The raw sewage(whose pH ranging from 4.0 to 4.9 subjected to no pH adjustment) is directly put into the reactor. At the moderate temperature the volume loading is 5.06kg COD cr /m 3·d, the COD cr value of the inflow is 11,604mg/l, the COD cr value of the outflow is 1,778mg/l, the removal efficiency of the COD cr is 85.8%, and the pH value of the outflow is raised to 6.4 ̄7.0. At natural temperatures , when the air temperature is higher than 24℃ the treatment effect of the sewage is good.
