硫化天然橡胶物理松弛速率的探讨
Physical Relaxation Velocity of Vulcanized Natural Rubber
【摘要】 探讨采用松弛速率(VSR)的概念描述硫化天然胶物理松弛行为。结果表明,用VSR=5i=1Aiτie(-t/τi)速率方程,能较好地反映材料的应力松弛现象以及温度对松弛的影响,并认为VSR描述硫化天然胶物理松弛行为较为科学。
【Abstract】 The physical relaxation behaviour of vulcanized rubber is described by the conception of relaxational velocity (VsR). Using V SR =5i=1A iτ ie (-t/τ i) Velocity equation is better to reflect stress relaxationbehaviour of vulcanized rubber and to influence the relaxation at different temperatures. The VsR is considered to be more scientific in describing physical relaxation behaviour of vulcanized natural rubber.
