PCM 对涤纶碱减量废水预处理的研究

【摘要】 对涤纶仿丝绸碱减量废水的预处理方法进行了研究。结果表明:采用复合无机盐PCM处理碱减量废水,处理效果优于FeSO4、PAC、Al2(SO4)3;当pH=11~12,投药量为1000mg/L时,COD去除率可达75%以上,达到了预处理要求。对PCM的主要作用机理也进行了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 The pretreatment of wastewater from polyes ter fabric peeling for silk like effect has been studied,The experimental results show that the efficiency of inorganic salts compound PCM for alkali peeling wastewater was shown to be superior to FeSO 4、PAC、Al 2(SO 4) 3,When pH Value of wastewater is equal to 11~12,and the amount of PCM used is 1 000 mg/L,over 75% of COD may be removed and the aim of pretreatment can be abtained.The mechanism of PCM has also been investigated.
