Y2O3,CeO2复合稳定剂对TZP性能的影响

【摘要】 用复合稳定剂Y2O3和CeO2,制备出了综合性能优异的(Y,Ce)-TZP.性能测试和XRD分析表明:在Y2O3∶CeO2=0.6∶0.4mol附近,复合稳定的效果大于单一稳定剂的作用效果.c-ZrO2的存在对性能不利,这是由于烧结时t-ZrO2晶粒向c-ZrO2相变时,c轴收缩的张应力诱发了裂纹.t-ZrO2的稳定性太强也会降低性能,因为应力诱导可相变的t-ZO2减少.

【Abstract】 (Y,Ce)TZP ceramics with better mechanical property were obtained by adding the composite additives of Y2O3 and CeO2. The results of the mechenical test and XRD analysis showed that the stabilized effect of the composite additives near molar ratio Y2O3∶CeO2=0.6∶0.4 is better than that of individual. The existence of the cZrO2 is harmful to mechanical property of TZP, for the tension stress caused by caxis contraction during the transformation of the tZrO2 to cZrO2 introduces the cracks in TZP on heating. Excessive stabilization of tZrO2 decreases the mechanical properties of the TZP, for the amount of the transformed tZrO2 reduces.
