轻型电动客车车身—车架的有限元结构分析及试验研究
Finite Element Structure Analysis and Test Research on Body-Frame of Light Duty Electric Bus
【摘要】 应用有限元分析软件,对EV-6580轻型电动客车的车身和车架进行了结构分析计算,并对实车进行丁相应的静态及动态试验,证明了电动汽车车身及车架的轻量化潜力。此外,还对电动汽车与普通汽车的车架进行了对比分析,并对电动汽车车身的承载方式进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The structure analysis and calculation for body and frame of EV-6580 light duty electric bus are conducted by using the finite element analysis software,and the static and dynamic tests are also conducted for the real vehicle correspondingly. It is shown that the body and frame of the electric motor-vehicle have weight - saving potential. In addition,the frames used for the electric motor-vehicles and for the ordinary motor-vehicles are compared and analyzed,the body carrying form of the electric motor-vehicle is discussed also.
