在EQ6100型汽油机上获取最佳EGR率的试验研究
Test and Research for Obtaining the Optimum EGR Rate on Model EQ6100 Gasoline Engine
【摘要】 试验结果表明,在各种负荷工况下,EQ6100型汽油机采用EGR后其NO_x排放都显著下降,但HC、CO排放及燃油消耗率随EGR率的变化则较为复杂,而因各工况下均存在一个最佳EGR率。通过试验,给出了EQ6100型汽油机2000r/min下最佳EGR率随负荷变化的曲线,为其排气背压控制EGR系统的设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The test results show that NOx emissions from Model EQ6100 gasoline engine are obviously reduced under various load conditions after the EGR is used. But the HC,CO emissions and fuel consumption rate are in complicate conditions with the change of EGR rates,so an optimum EGR rate is existed under every engine working conditions. By tests,an optimum EGR rate curve with the change of load of model EQ6100 gasoline engine working at 2000 rpm is obtained, and it provides a design criterion for EGR system of exhaust gas back pressure control.
