货车后桥从动锥齿轮毛坯辗扩成形过程的建模与产品精度控制
Modeling and Accuracy Control of Ring Rolling Process for Bevel Gear Blank
【摘要】 本文在实验和工艺研究的基础上,建立了货车后桥从动锥齿轮毛坯辗扩成形过程的数学模型。由此制定的程序使φ500型齿轮毛坯辗扩机实现了在线预测智能型控制,在生产汽车后桥从动锥齿轮毛坯中,使尺寸精度达到:△φ±1mm,从而保证了毛坯质量。
【Abstract】 In the paper, a mathematical model of ring rolling process.for bevel gear blank is established based on experimental and technological study. Using the procedure worked out based on the model, an intelligent on-line predictive control on Type 500 Ring Rolling Machine is realized, which has made dimension precision of work reach the level of +1mm, meeting the quality requirement of gear blank.
