汽车柴油机喷射控制单元的研究

【摘要】 汽车柴油机喷射控制单元是对缸内高压喷射的电子控制,其难点在于高速强力电磁阀的功率驱动硬件和基于角度的喷射实时控制软件。本文介绍了电控泵-管-阀-嘴柴油喷射系统中电控单元的研究与开发实践。采用高频脉宽调制功率驱动电路进行电磁阀的高速强力驱动,并利用电流微分信号有效反馈了控制阀关闭始点。应用闭环控制逻辑和基于中断环的喷射控制软件实现了驱动电流的智能控制、喷射定时及油量的实时精确控制。最后通过实验验证了系统的控制精度、能量控制的灵活性及对外界变化的广泛适应性。

【Abstract】 ECU for automotive diesel injection performs the electronic control of high pressure injection in cylinder, which is hampered by the hardware for driving of high-speed powerful solenoid valve and the software for real-time control of crank angle-based injection. This paper presents the R&D results of the ECU in an electronic controlled pump-pipe-valve-injector diesel injection system. The ECU accomplishes the fast energizing of the solenoid valve by driving circuit with high frequency PWM, and detects the start of injection by the differential signal of driving current. Applying the closed loop control logic and the software based on interruping ring, it achieves the accurate control ,of injection timing and fuel quantity. Test results have shown the accuracy of control, the flexibility of energy control and the broad adaptability to the variation of environment.
