汽车覆盖件成形过程起皱模拟的数值方法
Numerical Method for Wrinkling Simulation of Automobile Panel Forming
【摘要】 采用虚功率增率型原理和考虑横向剪切变形的Mindlin型曲壳单元,动态界面引入库仑摩擦定律所建立的板材成形弹塑性大变形有限元模型,以Hill关于弹塑性材料唯一性的充分性条件为分叉起皱判据,成功地模拟了方盒拉深成形凸缘起皱现象及圆锥件拉深成形侧壁起皱现象。方盒拉深成形凸缘起皱的个数、形状和位置等起皱模式与实验结果完全吻合,后处理过程采用3维激光实体造型和3维激光动态仿真技术演示起皱过程的发生与发展。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a Mindlin shell element model with large strain elastic-plastic deformation based on virtual power principle is proposed. The Coulomb friction law is introduced into moving boundary friction constraint. On the theoretical basis of Hill’s bifurcated sufficiency condition on elastic plastic materials, the flange wrinkling of square pan, and the side-wall wrinkling of a basin with truncated cone shape under the deep-drawing case are successfully simulated. The wrinkling simulation results including the number, shape and location of the flange wrinkling are well coincided with experimental ones. In addition, using 3D laser solid modeling and dynamic simulation techniques, the occurring and developing of the wrinkling processes are displayed.
