【Abstract】 A program to build Shanghai into an information port and connect it with foreign and domestic high speed network within 15 years was put forward by Shanghai municipal government in 1996.In this article,several important projects which will be organized and put into effect by Shanghai Information Port Program during the“9th Five Year Plan”period are introduced.Opportunities as well as challenges to Shanghai STI circles are pointed out.更多还原
