不含致癌芳香胺皮革染料染色应用实践

【摘要】 ８种不含致癌芳香胺的皮革专用染料分别用于猪革、牛革、羊革浸染染色，并可用于喷染。猪服装革染色工艺是先低温染色，后升温染色。牛革染色应采用分次染色既可染透又节省染料。羊服装革染色采用水染后再染色的分次染色工艺。正确运用染色方法可获得色调纯正、鲜艳的皮革。参考文献３更多还原

【Abstract】 kinds of special leather dyestuffs containing no aromatic amines causing cancers may be used for impregnating dyeings, as well as, spraying dyeings of pigskin leathers, cattlehide leathers and sheepskin leathers. Thus, the dyeing process of pigskin garment leathers is that dyeing is first carried out at lower temperature, and then at raising temperature. While cattlehide leathers should be dyed in different procedures, in which case good dyeing effects may be obtained, and at the same time dyestuffs saved. The processing for sheepskin garment leathers is in aqueous solution, and then dyed again. The correct application of the dyeing methods may result in leathers with pure and bright shades.更多还原
