皮革用光固化涂饰剂的研究

【摘要】 在装有搅拌器、冷凝器、温度计的四口烧瓶中，按比例加入一定量的ＴＤＩ，多羟基聚醚（Ｎ－１）溶剂、阻聚剂，在６０～７０℃下反应３小时，当反应物中异氰基值达到要求时，降温到４０℃，缓慢加入ＨＥＡ升温到６０～７０℃反应３．５小时，降温出料得光聚合预聚物，然后加入活性稀释剂、光敏剂及混合溶剂混合均匀，即为光固化涂饰剂。表２，参考文献３更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 4-month flask equipped with stirrer, condenser and thermometer, TDI, multihydroxy polyether (N-1), solvent, polymerization inhibitor in suitable proportion are reacted at 60～70℃ for 3 hours. The temperature of the mixture is reduced to 40℃, when the isocyano group value of the reactive product meets the requirements, and then added with HEA, raised to 60～70℃. Subsequently, the compound is reacted for 3.5 hours, reduced temperature to obtain the photoprepolymer, followed by the addition of reactive diluent, photosensitizer and solvent, and mixed uniformly to get the title product, the photofixation finishing agent.更多还原
