【Abstract】 The general and genetic toxicity of fomesafen was studied.Its LD 50 was 3160mg/kg for male rats,2870mg/kg for female rats and 4220～4300mg/kg for mice by oral administration.Its LD 50 was more than 4640mg/kg for rats by dermal administration .There was no obvious irritative to eyes and skin of rabbits.The result of Ames test,micronucleus test and sperm malformation test was negative and no mutagenicity.更多还原
