【Abstract】 Amount of straw resources in China,techniques for improving the nutritive value of straw,straw feed production technique and its suitable mechanical machines or facilities are discussed in detail in this paper.The progress achieved through utilization of local straw resouces to feed herbivorous animal in China is also introduced.It is found that although great progress has been achieved on the utilization of straw as feed in the past few years in China, there is still a long way to go in the future in the words of resources, technology and future market.Suggestions for future research are made to further increase the utilization efficiency of straw.更多还原
