【Abstract】 This paper introduces the application of the GTF-5 ventilated solid fermenter and its supporting equipment to the mass production of protein feeds like cassava bacterial protein, multienzyme active protein powder, detoxicated rapeseed cakes,etc. The study shows that this fermenter can meet the process requirements in environmental parameters like temperature and other conditions in the mass production by means of thick layer of ventilated fermentation. The fermenters will provide better supports for the mass production and for the commercialization of the technology of microorganic ventilated fermentation.更多还原
