VAM真菌在草莓和番茄上的接种效应

【摘要】 在草莓组培育苗和番茄穴盘育苗时,分别接种 VAM 真菌 Glomoss mosseae 91,G.mosseae 93和G.versoforme 三个菌株,发现菌根侵染增多,幼苗生长加快,育苗时间缩短,定植后提早开花结果,果重增加,果实品质得到改善。草莓上按种 G.mosseae 91菌株效果最佳;番茄上接种 G.mosseae 91和93菌株效果均较好。

【Abstract】 Three VAM fungi of G.mousseae 91(91),G.mousseae 93(93)and G.verso- forme(Ⅴ)are inoculated on tissue culture plantlets of strawberry and plug-planting tomato.The root infection of strawberry is 63%,36% and 53.9% respectively by 91,93 and Ⅴ fungi,but just 8.06% and 3.04% tomato root infection respectively by 91 and 93 fungi.All the mycorrhizal seedlings shows fast growth and short nursery stage.These re- sult in quick growth and early flowering when the seedlings are transplanted in green house.The plant yield increases significantly,and the product quality is improved as well. Thus,the VAM fungi shows some value in horticulture.
