人工干燥大豆的破碎敏感性
Experimental Study on Breakage Susceptibility of Soybean After Artificial Drying
【摘要】 在薄层干燥试验台上进行了大豆干燥试验,测定了大豆的破碎敏感性。干燥后大豆经离心式破碎敏感性测试仪冲击,其破碎以破瓣为主,碎粒(小于5mm)率只占总破碎粒的30%。方差分析显示,风温和风速对破碎敏感性影响高度显著,初始含水率和品种对破碎敏感性影响显著。风温和风速越高,大豆热损伤越严重,破碎敏感性越高。初始含水率和品种与破碎敏感性的关系尚需进一步研究。
【Abstract】 The thin layer drying experiments of soybean were cqrried out, breakage susceptibilityof soybean after drying was measured. The main type of breakage of soybean after impacting iscotyledon scattering, the ratio of breakage cotyledon account for 30% of total breakage. Thevariance analysis shows that breakage susceptibility is related to air temperature, air velocity, initial moisture content and variety of soybean. The effects of air temperature on breakage susceptibility is more remarkable than other parameters. The higher the air temperature and velocity,the higher the breakage susceptibility. Further research is needed to find the relationship amongthe initial moisture content, variety of soybean and the breakage susceptibility.
