【摘要】 运用抑郁自评量表（ＳＤＳ），对１０４例产妇于产后２～３周内进行测查。结果显示，本组产妇产后抑郁症发病率为３．８％。对比分析产妇年龄、职业、民族等１０项因素对ＳＤＳ评分的影响，结果表明，产妇年龄、文化程度、分娩方式、有无保健知识、婴儿性别等５项因素对ＳＤＳ评分的影响无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），而职业、民族、产妇心理、社会支持、乳汁分泌等５项因素对ＳＤＳ评分的影响有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。另外，还对产后抑郁症的病因及治疗进行了探讨。更多还原

Abstract women were investigated who bore child in 2～3 weeks with Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS).The result was that the incidence rate of postnatal depression was 3.8%.Ater analysing 10 factors that we chose,such as,age,occupation,nationality and so on,we found that their ages,education,ways of bearing,knowledge of health,sexes of infant didn t affect SDS,but their occupations,nationalities,psychology,supports of society,secretory of mother-milk did.Besides,they were reasoned of postnatal depression and the methods of treatment.更多还原
