【摘要】 目的：本实验通过雪旺氏细胞（Ｓｃ）和成纤维细胞（Ｆｂ）不同培养方法的研究来获得不同比例共存的雪旺氏细胞和成纤维细胞。方法：分散培养（１）差速贴壁法，（２）阿糖胞苷处理法。观察：（１）相差显微镜，（２）Ｓ－１００免疫细胞化学染色，（３）细胞计数。结果：被Ｓ－１００染色染上的雪旺氏细胞在相差显微镜下观察到的活体雪旺氏细胞的形态是一致的，细胞呈梭形。经差速贴壁法和阿糖胞苷处理后３天雪旺氏细胞所占比例为９５％，４～５周雪旺氏细胞仍占７０％。结论：通过对雪旺氏细胞和成纤维细胞培养的不同方法的研究，从而获得自已所需要的细胞培养状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 We acquired the co-existence of Sc and Fb in the condition of varied proportion. Material and Methods: Dissociation culture: 1. the differential adhesion 2.cytosine arabinosid treatment. Observation: 1. Phase contrast microscopy 2. S-100 immunostain 3.Cell’s account. Result: Sc were typical bipolar and S-100 positive. Fb were flat and S-100 negative. High populations of Sc were developed by differential adhesion and cytosine arabinoside treatment. Conclusion: From research of the different culture method we could get varied conditions of culture cells.更多还原
