【Abstract】 While the reform and opening--up policy and the market economy construction have laid a foundation for the rise of the school--run industry,the nature of the economic transformation in the country has a1so led to a few problems in the course of its development. Therefore,it has always been an issue of heated discussion how to face the market economy,to perfect itself and to make headway to prosperity,so far as the school --run industry is concerned.
