换热器入口集流室中流体流动状况的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Fluid Flow in Inlet Headers of Heat Exchangers
【摘要】 本文利用作者提出的改进SIMPLE算法,在2维紊流条件下,以实际的换热器芯体作为入口集流室的阻力部件来定义出口条件,采用贴体正交曲线坐标网格,对3种典型的换热器入口集流室进行了流场数值模拟,并进行了必要的实验验证。结果显示了流动的不均匀性和不稳定性,为设计合理的换热器入口集流室的结构提供了方向
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation of flow distribution for three typical inlet headers has been processed by the authors inproved SIMPLE algorithm and orthogonal body fitted coordinates grids, which are limited by body of practical heat exchanger as resistance element of inlet header at two dimensional turbulent flow. The simulation was also verified by experiment. The results show maldistribution and unsteady flow, which gives a guide for inlet headers design of proper geometry construction.
