【Abstract】 140 cases of essential hypertension were monitored by 24-hour ambulatory electro-cardiagram monitoring.The results showed that atrial arrhythmias occurred more frequently than ventricular arrhythmias(89.3% and 70.7% respectively P<0.001).The incidence of ventricular arrhythmias and complex ventricular arrhythmias closely correlated to myocardial hypertrophy and hypertension at stage two /three.更多还原
