【摘要】 研究了皱胃和静脉内输注氨基酸对山羊血清胃泌素水平的影响。试验分为２个系列，系列Ⅰ皱胃内输注，结果为输注的８种Ｌ型氨基酸及混合氨基酸与生理盐水相比，其中只有苯丙氨酸和羟脯氨酸引起山羊血清胃泌素水平显著升高，其输注前水平分别为（１３８４８±１５０１）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１和（９７１３±２０９８）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１，输注后水平分别为（１８６７９±７４８）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１和（１２８０５±１７００）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１，差异均极显著（Ｐ＜００１）。混合氨基酸可使血清胃泌素水平稍有升高，其输注前为（１２３７０±２６７７）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１，输注后为（１３６４５±１６１２）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１，差异不显著（Ｐ＞００５），但在９０ｍｉｎ时血清胃泌素水平显著升高（Ｐ＜００５）。系列Ⅱ静脉内输注结果与生理盐水相比，输注的３种Ｌ型氨基酸单体中，只有色氨酸能引起血清胃泌素水平显著升高。其输注前水平为（９３２８±８６５）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１，输注后为（１２３２４±６６０）ｎｇ·Ｌ－１，差异显著（Ｐ＜００５）。试验结果表明，氨基酸可以影响山羊血清胃泌素的水平。皱胃内输注苯丙氨酸和羟脯氨酸，静脉内输注色氨酸均可使山羊血清胃泌素水平显著升高更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of the infusion of amino acids on serum gastrin levels in goats were studied in the experiment,which was divided into two series.Series I intraabomasal infusion is that two local non pregnant female goats(average weight 17.5kg) fixed with permanent abomasum fistulas and jugular cannula were used in a saline control design.The goats were fed with basic diet throughout the 19 day experiment.Solution of eight different individual L amino acids and a mixture of amino acids(Casein hydrolysate) were infused into the abomasums of two goats on separate days.Only phenylalanine and hydroxyproline produced and increase in serum gastrin significantly greater than that evoked by saline control (P<0.01).A mixture of amino acids also caused a significantly increase in serum gastrin at the time of 90 minutes after the infusion. Series Ⅱ Intravenous infusion is that two local non pregnant female goats were used in a saline control design experiment.The goats were fed with basic diet throughout the 7 day experiment,in which three different individual L amino acids were infused into the jugular vein of the two goats on separate days.The results indicated that only tryptophan produced a significant increase in serum gastrin compared with saline control(P<0.05).In conclusion,the experiments indicate that the infusion of amino acids can affect serum gastrin levels in goats.更多还原
