【摘要】 选用中医经验方剂马钱子散用于家兔实验性膜性肾炎的治疗，同时选用中医临床治疗该病常用药物昆明山海棠和雷公藤作对比研究，结果显示马钱子散对膜性肾炎的疗效明显优于昆明山海棠，与雷公藤相近，表现在减少尿蛋白，清除免疫复合物方面尤为显著，且对肝脏损害轻微，对肾、脊髓未见明显毒副作用。在治疗慢性肾炎方面是一种有前途的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strychnos nux-vomica powder was applied in treating experimental membranous glomerulonephritis in rabbits for comparison. A contrast study with Tripterygium hypoglaucum Hutch and Tripterygium wilfordii Hook which were commonly used in clinical medicine was carried out in rabbits in a similar manner. Results showed that the therapeutic effect of Strychnos nux-vomica powder was distinctly superior to Tripterygium hypoglaucum Hutch and similar to Tripterygium wilfordii Hook, as the former red reduced albuminuria, elimination of immunocomplex formation was especially striking, hepatic damage was slight, and on apparent side effect to kidney and spinal cord was observed.更多还原
