GA3.IAA.CTK和ABA对马铃薯块茎形成调控作用的研究

【摘要】 通过对紫花白、内薯3号和晋薯2号3个品种在块茎形成前后叶片、匍匐茎和块茎内GA3.IAA.CTK和ABA激素水平及相互平衡水平变化,并结合外源激素的作用,探讨了4种激素对块茎形成的调控作用。结果表明,块茎始成后,名种激素水平均趋增加,GA3.IAA.ZR与ABA的平衡水平均趋降低。3个品种在叶片内的这种变化完全一致.外源ABA促进块茎形成,GA3抑制块茎形成,IAA.6-BA对块茎形成影响不明显.表明块整形成受4种激素联合影响,促进型的GA3IAAZR和抑制型的ABA的平衡水平是调控块茎形成的内在条件,ABA是调控块茎形成的主要物质。

【Abstract】 Combined with the treatment of the four exogenous hormones,the control of GA3, IAA, CTK and ABA on the tuberization of potato are investigated by Monitoring the change of the four hormones and their mutual balance in leaves,stolons andtubers around the tuberization stage of Zihuabai, Neishu 3 and Jinshu 2. The resultshows that the average level of the four hormones tends to increase and the balance levelof GA,,ZR and ABA tends to decrease after the tuber formed o The change is identical inthe three breeds . Tuberization is promoted by exogenous ABA,and inhi-bited by GA3.IAA and 6-BA have no clear effect on the tuber. It is indicated that tuberization is controlled by integrated effects of the four hormones. The balance between promoter GA3IAA,ZR and inhibitor ABA is a main inherent condition controling tuberization.
