【摘要】 利用柠条、沙柳制造刨花板，拓宽了刨花板的原料来源，本文研究了柠条、沙柳刨花板密度与性能的关系并采用正交试验的方法研究了柠条、沙柳混合原料制造刨花板的工艺，并对其混合比例进行了试验，研究结果表明，利用沙柳、柠条生产刨花板是完全可行的，当刨花板密度为０．７ｇ／ｍｍ３时，表芯层施胶量分别为１３％、９％，石蜡施加量为１％时，产品性能指标分别达到国际一等品和二等品的标准要求，混合比例适当可以改善单一原料制造刨花板的性能。为工业化生产提供了技术保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Salix and little leaf peashrub wood particle board′s production extends the raw material sources.This paper studies on the rolationship between the density and properties of salix and little leaf peashrubwood particle board,and technology of salix and little laf peashrub wood partide board by cross experiments,especially on the mixing rate of salix and little leaf peashrub.The results show salix and little leaf peashrub wood particle board production is possible,when particle board′s density is 0.7g/mm 3,glue quantity of surface and core layer is 13%,9%,wax quantity is 1%,particle board′s properties is over GB.Mixing rate can improve the single species material wood paeticle board′s properties.Therefore,this work is the basis of industry producting.更多还原
