【摘要】 本文对新疆落叶松、华北落叶松、兴安落叶松和长白落叶松种子内四种贮藏蛋白清蛋白、球蛋白、谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白进行了含量测定和电泳分析。结果表明：每个树种在蛋白质含量上都是球蛋白为最高，谷蛋白次之；清蛋白比较低；醇溶蛋白为最低。在含量上每一种蛋白质的种间差异不明显。在电泳图谱上，球蛋白不存在种间差异；清蛋白只能区分出新疆落叶松，其余三种无差别；谷蛋白存在种间差异，能区分出这四种落叶松；醇溶蛋白电泳图谱模糊，无法分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper the quantity and electrophoresis of four kinds of storage proteins-albumin,globulin,glutelin,prolamine-in the seeds of Larix sibirica,L.principisrupprechtii.L.gmelini and L.olyensis were analysed.The results showed that globulin had the most amount of quantity in the seeds of all Larix species tested,then was glutelin,albumin was in the third place,and prolamine was the lowest.The quantity of each kind of protein showed little difference among the species.According to the electrophoresis result,globulin of the four species had no difference and albumin was able to be identified L.sibirica from the other three.Olutelin showed differences among the four species and each of the four species can be identified.Whereas the zymograms of prolamine did not appear very clear and could not be analysed.更多还原
